Hello, From Juvenile Diabetic at 12, to almost losing my sight at age 20 due to Diabetic Retinapathy I am doing well at 55 due to some very caring doctors and of course nurses.Juvenile Diabetes(T1D) Diabetes is extremely brutal. I call it brutal because I look at it as a slow type of cancer that is unforgiving if you don't follow doctors orders. I hope to promote Giving life through organ and tissue donation. I was saved by a kidney pancreas transplant in 2003 Bless You

Paris and Rome are twin sister cities

There is a quote about Paris that says “Solo Parigi è degna di Roma, solo Roma è degna di Parigi” (Only Paris is worthy of Rome; only Rome is worthy of Paris) and this has been the motto of the two cities since 1956 when the capitals were twinned. They have shared links for generations and Paris isn’t twinned with any other city.
